The aidX start-up team got to know each other while working together at leading technology companies. The initiator - a PhD in physics and psychology - focuses on strategy and innovation. And there is the structured lead architect, the unconventional data scientist and the colleague for safe and secure IT infrastructures. Later, a colleague joined the team who makes it truly interdisciplinary. The psychologist with a background in cognitive neuroscience and a practicing psychotherapist.

They all found that their individual areas of expertise complemented each other in surprising - and as it turned out, inseparable - ways.

Technology is changing the world we live in and vice versa. From this realization was born the desire to build their own company that would align their expertise with their respective interests. They are convinced that passion is not only the key to the success of a company in the healthcare sector, but also to a successful psychosocial service.

The decision to specialize in interdisciplinary fields means devoting oneself to them body and soul; protecting the respective interests as if they were one's own. This is the energy that characterizes them.
